SI Play has a mobile app that makes things really easy when on your mobile device! Receive and send team chat messages to from/to the whole team. Send "easyAlert" emails/texts to your coach, team manager and/or teammates. Access your roster, schedule and field locations. And you can also post photos. Click here to download the app!
COMMUNICATION
All Club, team manager and some coach communication comes through website. The SI Play App allows for communication among parents on a team and between parents and coaches.
ADD an Adult to Distribution (parent/guardian, nanny, grandparent, etc):
Go to HOME>Edit My Account and log in to account which takes you to your Family Page.
At the top of the family list click ADD GUARDIAN – add the adult and indicate the level of access for the new adult -- OR --
Select an existing adult record, scroll to the Email Address field and enter additional emails separated by a comma. All emails in the field will receive communications associated with that account.
ROSTERS
Select TEAM>Choose your Team to go to the Team Page.
Select TEAM>Roster and log in to view your roster and contact information. You must be logged in to view the roster.
Use SI Play App to select your team then select Roster.
CONTACT COACH or TEAM MANAGERS
Use the website:
Select TEAM>Choose your Team to go to the Team Page.
Click on the black EMAIL button under the coach or manager name you wish to email (listed on the right of the team page).
— OR — TEAM>Roster to go to the Roster page and click on the Email button for the coach or manager you wish to contact.
Send easyAlert email/text message via the SI Play App.
SCHEDULE
Select TEAM>Choose your Team to go to the Team Page.
Click the FULL button at the top of the “Next 10 Events” section (lower right side of team page).
— OR —
Select TEAM>Schedule and on the right side click Options>Calendar Feed to subscribe and receive automatic updates when changes are made (highly recommend doing this!).
-- OR if you have more than one team --
Select HOME>Edit My Account and from the Family Page click the Family Schedule button then on the right side click Options>Calendar Feed to subscribe to your family calendar and receive automatic updates when changes are made.
Use SI Play App to select your team then select Schedule.
RSVP
If your team is using the RSVP function AND you are logged in to your account, then you will see a gray ‘thumbs up’ icon on the far right of games (and maybe practices) when you go to TEAM>Schedule.
Click on the ‘thumbs up’ icon to RSVP for games (and practices, if set up) and to CHANGE your response.
You can RSVP directly via the automatic reminder emails by clicking the appropriate button in the email when RSVPs are set up for your team.
Attendance at practices and games is expected, but if something comes up then this is the best way to let your coach know that you will NOT be attending a game or practice (if set up).
AUTO REMINDERS
You control your automatic reminders:
Go to HOME>Edit My Account
Select your name to enter your record
Scroll to the bottom of the screen check/uncheck Practice Reminders and Game Reminders. When checked, the system will automatically send reminders to you.
If you want to get text notifications for last minute changes, please make sure that you select your wireless carrier from the drop down menu next to your cell phone number.
